Martijn van der Schaaf

Martijn van der Schaaf is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the asset management sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at EQT Group since January 2022, Martijn previously held the same title at EQT Services Netherlands B.V. from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Martijn was the Head of EQT Financial Services and Finance at EQT / CBTJ Financial Services from December 2014 to June 2019. Martijn's earlier career includes a decade at Robeco, where roles included Finance Director in Private Equity as well as Senior Finance Specialist and Finance Specialist. Martijn's educational background includes a Master of Science in Financial Economics, Corporate Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
