Melissa Chang

Melissa Chang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital raising and client relations. Currently serving as Managing Director at EQT Group since October 2022, Melissa previously held the position of Director of Investor Relations at Baring Private Equity Asia from October 2017 to October 2022. Prior to that role, Melissa was Director and Head of Asia Business Development at Providence Equity Partners from October 2013 to September 2017. Early in Melissa's career, a position as Associate at Goldman Sachs was held from July 2008 to October 2013. Melissa Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively, in 2008.
