Nathalie Kaeser

Nathalie Kaeser is the Founder of Kaeser Capital, a role held since March 2023. Currently serving as Vice President at EQT Partners/EQT AB since October 2018, Nathalie has previously gained extensive experience at Goldman Sachs as both an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst from July 2015 to August 2018. A summer internship at Silver Lake Partners in 2014, along with another internship at Deutsche Bank in 2013, provided early exposure to corporate finance, particularly in M&A and ECM. Nathalie also completed a summer internship at The Boston Consulting Group in 2011. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at Harvard Business School in Investment Management, a Master of Science in Finance and Private Equity from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
