Tor Espen Steinvik

Tor Espen Steinvik is an accomplished industrial advisor and entrepreneur, currently serving as an Industrial Advisor at EQT Group and co-founding a Stealth Startup focused on accelerating the shift to renewable energy in Europe's mid-market segment. With extensive experience as an angel investor at CrowdWorks and as the CEO and co-founder of &Repeat, Steinvik successfully scaled the company, achieving significant revenue and user growth before exiting through a merger. Previous leadership roles include CEO of Fortum Markets AB and Head of Fortum Consumer Sweden, where Steinvik spearheaded business transformation, as well as a turnaround at SverigesEnergi that positioned the company as the fastest-growing electricity retailer in Sweden. A solid foundation in management consulting was built at Capgemini Consulting and Resources Global Professionals, alongside earlier tenure at Hewlett-Packard Norway. Steinvik holds an Executive MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Master's degree in Business & Economics from Harstad/Tromsø/Oslo.
