Greg Godbey

Greg Godbey, CPL has a diverse range of work experience in the energy and real estate industries. Greg is currently employed at EQT Corporation as a Landman IV-Business Development. Prior to that, they worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty since 2020.

From 2012 to 2020, Greg held multiple roles at Arsenal Resources, starting as an Independent Landman and later transitioning to become the Regional Land Manager and then the Director of Land Operations. Additionally, they served as the Utica Leasing Coordinator during their tenure at Arsenal Resources.

Before joining Arsenal Resources, Greg was the Owner of Mountainer Land Services from 2005 to 2011. Greg also worked as a Landman at Energy Corporation of America, Inc. from 2002 to 2005.

Furthermore, Greg's work experience includes being an Independent Landman at Land & Resource Management from 1999 to 2002.

Greg Godbey, CPL, received their education from West Virginia University, where they pursued a degree in Political Science and History. Greg attended the university from 1990 to 1995, completing their Regents degree during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Greg has obtained several certifications. Greg became a Certified Professional Landman in June 2014, receiving this qualification from the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL). Additionally, in October 2019, they obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the PA Real Estate Commission.
