Gabe Horwitz

Gabe Horwitz is the Co-Founder and CPO at eqtble. Gabe has also previously worked as the Head of People Analytics at WeWork, a Data Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, and a Specialist in the Israel Defense Forces.

Gabe has always had a passion for data and analytics. Gabe started their career as an intern in the Supply Chain department at Johnson & Johnson, before moving on to become a Data Scientist in the Consumer Insights department. It was during their time at Johnson & Johnson that Gabe developed a strong interest in people analytics.

In 2017, Gabe left Johnson & Johnson to join WeWork as the Head of People Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Management and Survey Center of Excellence teams. Gabe was with WeWork for four years, before leaving to co-found eqtble in 2021.

At eqtble, Gabe is using their expertise in data and analytics to help businesses make more informed decisions about their employees. Gabe is passionate about using data to improve the workplace and help businesses thrive.

Gabe Horwitz has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Bioinformatics from Drexel University. Gabe is certified by Qualtrics as an EmployeeXM Expert, Wharton Executive Education in People Analytics, American Red Cross in CPR and AED, Delaware County Community College in Emergency Medical Technician, and Pro Board Fire Service in National Firefighting 1.
