Gabe Horwitz

Gabe Horwitz is a Co-Founder at eqtble, specializing in turning HR data into actionable insights. Prior to this, Gabe was the Head of People Analytics at WeWork, where Gabe managed various teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and Survey Center of Excellence. Gabe also has experience in Data Science at Johnson & Johnson and served as a Data Science Intern at the company during their Full-Time Co-op. Additionally, Gabe has a background in the Israel Defense Forces. Gabe holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University. Gabe was also a part of the Winter Batch 2021 at Y Combinator.
