Elise Arnesen

Elise Arnesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, particularly within the context of international development and democratic governance. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Equal Access International, Elise oversees the USAID-funded Resilience for Peace program, providing support to program teams in Côte d'Ivoire. Previously, Elise worked with the National Democratic Institute, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Program Manager to Program Assistant, focusing on women's political participation, governance reforms, and preventing violent extremism in Burkina Faso and Niger.
