Mahesh Bansode

Mahesh Bansode is an accomplished software professional with over a decade of experience in various roles and technologies. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Equal Experts since April 2021, Mahesh is focused on developing a self-enabled data platform for a major management consulting client, facilitating data extraction and integration for downstream systems. Prior to this role, Mahesh held multiple positions at Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Technical Lead and Technical Lead, specializing in Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kafka, and AWS. Experience also includes software development at VOLGA INFOTECH, where Mahesh independently developed a high-performance social networking iOS application using Xamarin, and early career roles at Lobaan Softwares Pvt Ltd as a Junior Software Developer. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from SVPM's COE, Pune University.
