Paweł Wasilewski

Paweł Wasilewski has a diverse work experience in the field of Agile project management and coaching. Paweł started their career as a Project Manager and Embedded Software Developer at Tieto, where they gained experience in managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with global software teams. Following this, they worked at Ordnance Survey as a Scrum Master, where they led and coached multiple teams in adopting Agile practices. Paweł also took on responsibilities such as line management, recruitment, and budget tracking. Paweł then moved on to work as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Kingfisher IT Services and Specsavers, where they continued to support teams in adopting Agile methodologies. Paweł also served as a Scrum Master at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., working in a distributed environment and following SAFe at the program level. Most recently, Paweł worked as a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach at Anglo American, where they led the delivery of a Data Science and Machine Learning platform and facilitated key events for an Agile Release Train. Outside of their direct work experience, Paweł also co-organized Agile South Coast, demonstrating their involvement in the Agile community.

Paweł Wasilewski obtained their MSc in Computer Science from the Technical University of Szczecin, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Paweł has acquired several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft, obtained in January 2023; "SAFe 4 Certified Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in November 2017; "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2015; and "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2011. Paweł also holds a "Certificate in Advance English" from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. Furthermore, they have completed training in "IPMA D" from the Polish Project Management Association and "Prince2 Foundation" from APMG-International. Finally, they have obtained the "Professional Scrum Master I" certification from Scrum.org.
