Reuben Agbanoma

Reuben Agbanoma has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment and human resources field. Reuben began their career in 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant at Rullion, where they managed multiple clients and provided IT recruitment services. In 2011, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Resource Specialist, leading the in-house direct recruitment team and specializing in IT technical recruitment. Reuben then moved to Randstad Sourceright in 2013 and served as a Recruitment Business Partner within Capgemini's recruitment department, managing key stakeholders and acting as the point of contact for IT recruitment projects. In 2015, Reuben joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing technical recruitment and leading a team of recruitment advisors and a coordinator. Reuben'smost recent role is as a People Manager at Equal Experts since 2018, where they support agile practitioners in delivering software solutions to big business problems and contributes to the company's healthy and inclusive culture.
