Sara Correia has a diverse work experience background. Sara began their career as a Junior Lawyer at JPALMS Law Firm, where they provided legal support and representation for clients. After that, they worked as a Lawyer/HR Manager at Sinalarte and Rei dos Frangos, Ltd.

In 2013, Sara transitioned into the recruitment industry, joining ChapmanBlack as a Resourcer and eventually becoming a Recruitment Consultant specializing in technical positions for the German market. Sara then moved to Cogs Agency in 2015, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on technical roles in the London market. Sara also assisted the tech team in Berlin, utilizing their background and expertise.
