Equal Justice Initiative
Jacob Hoerger has a B.A. in political science and Russian from Carleton College. He joined EJI in 2023 and this spring will receive his Ph.D. in government from Harvard University, where he taught undergraduate courses on social inequality and historical injustice. He served as a writing fellow in the government department, where his research focused on recovery from historic trauma and rights violations.
