Tad Roach

Tad Roach joined the staff of EJI in 2022 after 24 years as Head of School at St. Andrew’s School in Delaware, where he taught English, developed school culture, and worked with leaders to create the Delaware College Scholars Program to serve public school students statewide. He received his B.A. from Williams College and M.A. in English from Middlebury College. A national leader in school culture, teaching, and learning, he brings more than four decades of experience in education to EJI’s outreach efforts.
