Louise Marchena

Louise Marchena, MSW has extensive experience in program operations and youth programs. From 2019, they have been serving as the Chief of Program Operations at Equal Justice USA. Previously, Louise worked at Planned Parenthood of New York City, Inc. as the Senior Director of Youth Programs from 2004 to 2019. In this role, they supervised a team and led the development and implementation of programs for youth throughout NYC. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Youth and Family Services at F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Inc. from 2001 to 2004.

Louise Marchena, MSW, obtained their Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree in Social Work & History at Herbert H. Lehman College from 1996 to 2001.
