Kayla Elias

Kayla Elias is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and data management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Equal Opportunity Schools since January 2023, Kayla previously held the position of Senior Survey Engineer at Material+ from April 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included designing and programming market research surveys. Prior roles at the same company included Survey Engineer II, Survey Engineer, and Associate Survey Engineer. Earlier experience includes working as a bartender at California Pizza Kitchen and holding a Junior Data Engineer position at Melissa Data Corp., where Kayla developed tools for data processing using various programming languages. An internship as a GUI Intern at Conexant involved creating an audio tuning interface.
