Lauren Kelly-Manders is a seasoned professional in grant management and institutional giving, currently serving as the Grants Manager for Equality Florida since April 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Institutional Giving at the Florida State Parks Foundation from September 2020 to April 2022, where Lauren focused on grant writing and partnership development. Previously, as a Grants Officer at Florida State University from March 2017 to September 2020, responsibilities included proposal review, compliance, and contract negotiation. Lauren has additional experience as a Local Organizer for Supermajority in August 2019 and as a Program Associate at Florida State University College of Law from February 2013 to March 2017. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Educational Policy and Evaluation from Florida State University College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
