Equality Fund
Natalia Caruso is currently the Director of Program Strategy at Equality Fund since October 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia was the Director of Grantmaking and Partnerships at MADRE from June 2005 to October 2022, where Natalia led strategies to resource local groups advancing women's health, ending gender-based violence, promoting economic and climate justice, and peacebuilding. With a background in Sociology and extensive experience in program coordination and grant administration, Natalia also served as a Program Coordinator at Foro Internacional de Mujeres Indigenas - FIMI from 2007 to 2012, and as a Program Associate at MADRE from 2003 to 2005.
