Hugh Lytle

Hugh Lytle is the Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Equality Health, LLC a population risk management company focused on improving care delivery for the underserved. Equality Health works with managed care plans, employers, and health systems to engage diverse members in a more meaningful and culturally significant way through customized, culturally-competent provider networks, mobile-based patient engagement platforms, and proprietary cultural care pathways, designed to improve chronic conditions that affect disparate populations.

A serial entrepreneur and self-described healthcare rebel, Mr. Lytle focuses on health service innovations that have a strong social mission and bring systemic change to the U.S. healthcare system.

Mr. Lytle earned an MBA from Butler University (1995) and a BA in Economics from the University of Indianapolis (1989). Hugh served as an Independent Board Director for GreatCall, Inc. until the sale of the company in the summer of 2017.
