Lisa Stevens Anderson

With her vast experience leading one of Arizona’s most successful ACOs, Lisa oversees the provider services organization Q Point Health, a division of Equality Health. Q Point Health is a Phoenix-based, population health risk management company focused on improving delivery for underserved populations through culturally-sensitive programs that improve access, quality, and patient trust.

Lisa has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years, with firsthand experience at creating innovative value-based care solutions. As CEO of Banner Health Network (BHN), she helped build Arizona’s largest accountable care organization (ACO), with over 5,000 providers and 480,000 members. In 2015, Banner delivered the top financial performance in the country while achieving a 95th percentile quality rating in the CMS Pioneer program. Prior to her work with Banner, Lisa served as vice president of provider services for TriWest HealthCare Alliance, where she built and maintained operations for a network of 190,000 providers across 21 states.

Lisa is an executive board member with Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, and was recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of Arizona’s “Outstanding Women in Business” for 2016. She has an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a master’s from Northern Arizona University.
