Meghan Haggard

Meghan Haggard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Meghan is currently working as the Director of Data Program Governance at Equality Health, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Lead Program Manager, Data Product and Platform at Cityblock Health from 2022 to 2023, where they managed a team and implemented a new governance structure.

In 2019, Meghan worked at Comagine Health as the Growth Strategy Director and Director of New Product Development, where they led strategic management and cross-functional teams for new product development. Before that, they were the Innovation Hub Project Director at Comagine Health in 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Meghan worked as a Program Manager at HealthInsight, where they managed various programs and facilitated stakeholder groups. Meghan also had experience as a Program Manager and Program Coordinator at the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation from 2014 to 2017.

In 2013, Meghan served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Oregon Health Authority Public Health Partnership, where they developed worksite wellness programs and implemented a community health improvement plan.

Earlier in their career, Meghan worked as a Graduate Student - Field Experience at Makhushane Home-Based Care in 2012 and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Florida from 2011 to 2012. Meghan also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at LCHD/FHCHC from 2008 to 2010 and as a Library Aide and in Custodial/Office Work at Ottawa University from 2000 to 2008.

Meghan Haggard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management from Ottawa University in 2008. Meghan later obtained a Masters of Public Health in Global Health Practice from the University of South Florida in 2012. Additionally, they became a Certified Public Health Professional through the National Board of Public Health Examiners in January 2012.
