Timothy Dohse

Timothy Dohse has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Timothy started their career in 2002 as a Technician at Northern Arizona Healthcare and held this role for 10 years. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Process Improvement Specialist at the same company. Timothy then transitioned into a Project Manager role from 2014 to 2016, and finally became the Director of Service Line Support and Development + Care Transformation from 2016 to 2022.

In 2017, Timothy joined PathfinderHealth as the President, where they led a clinically integrated network of over 600 providers. Timothy focused on strategic planning, network management, managed care contracting, and performance improvement.

Currently, Timothy holds a leadership position at Equality Health as the VP of Market Operations from January to July 2023. Timothy has now taken on the role of VP of Network and Contract Operations from June 2023 onwards. This demonstrates their continued growth and expertise in the healthcare industry.

Timothy Dohse earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Healthcare Careers, as well as an MBA, from Northern Arizona University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Timothy also completed their high school education at Coconino High School from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they hold a certification in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from Progressive Edge.
