Equality Media + Marketing

We are an independent, people-first agency that aims to do things differently. We started in 2018 as a more traditional media agency – providing media recommendations and booking advertising space. By forming close working relationships and understanding more about our clients’ businesses, it soon became apparent that we possessed broader skills that could add real value. We were already starting to go beyond our media buying capacity to discover + meet broader marketing objectives. When we stopped to reflect on the partnerships we were building and the work we were doing, we realised that we’d evolved to the point that our overarching reason for existing was to align your business purpose with your customer’s desires. That’s when we formally added strategy + creative to our offering, taking time to find the right people to provide a complete end-to-end service. We’re motivated to make an impact for our clients, but also for the community in which we live. We are laser-focused on what we can and should be doing to leave our planet in a better place. And we’re always thinking about how we can contribute back to our community + those in need. This year we’ve been humbled by the recognition that we’ve received. We’ve won the AFR Best Places to Work, are AdNews’ Agency of the Year and we also won the Wellbeing Initiative of the Year at the RealEstate.com.au Annual Excellence Awards for Equality Time, our four-day work week. We are partners for good growth. equalitymedia.co
