Marilla Akkermans

Marilla Akkermans is the Managing Director at Equality Media, where since February 2018, the focus has been on delivering customized strategies, creative solutions, and media services through a people-first approach. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Director at Hatched Media from October 2014 to December 2017, and Account Director at Nunn Media from February 2013 to October 2014. Marilla also served as Marketing Manager and National Marketing Coordinator at Metricon between January 2011 and January 2013, and as Senior Communications Planner at Maxus from March 2006 to January 2011. Marilla holds a Diploma in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology, earned in 2012.
