Adam Hempenstall is a versatile entrepreneur with extensive experience in the events and entertainment industries. As the Founder and Director of Peppermint Bars & Events since October 2003, Adam leads the way in providing innovative bar and event solutions for major UK events, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through high-quality services. In January 2016, Adam co-founded Equals Agency, a brand experience agency that specializes in creating standout experiences by merging creativity with practical expertise. Previously, Adam owned A & R Entertainments Group, a comprehensive music business, and Transcend Records Ltd., which held exclusive rights to multiple artists. Adam holds a BSc in Technology Management from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 1999.
