Shona Kerfoot

Shona Kerfoot has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Their most recent position is as the Chief People Officer at Equals Money, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the People Director at the same company since March 2021.

Before joining Equals Money, Shona worked as an HR Manager at Immediate Media Co from October 2015 to August 2018. Shona also held the position of Human Resources Director at Moneycorp from January 2013 to August 2014.

Their experience also includes a role as HRBP at Burberry from March 2012 to November 2012, and as HR Operations Director at People Asset Management Ltd from May 2011 to March 2012.
