Fleur Melkert is the Co-Founder & CCO at Equalture, a company dedicated to high potential female talent in business. Fleur is passionate about building the perfect employee journey for your company and offers a variety of services to help businesses reach their potential.

Prior to founding Equalture, Fleur co-founded Female Investments, where they helped women in business grow their careers. After successfully running Female Investments for two years, Fleur decided to close the company in December 2018 in order to focus all their attention on Equalture.

Fleur is an expert in their field and is passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential. With their experience and dedication, they are sure to help Equalture continue to be a success.

Fleur Melkert has a Master of Science in Management & Organisation from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the same school.

Their manager is Charlotte Melkert, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Sophie Soulane - Head of Sales, Jaap Haagmans - CTO, and Jesper Van Gelder - Head of Customer Success.
