Jesper Van Gelder

Head of Customer Success at Equalture

Jesper Van Gelder is the current Head of Customer Success at Equalture. Jesper was previously a Customer Success Engineer at OctoBoost and before that, a Client Services Manager at Spotify. Jesper has a wealth of experience in creating and presenting sales collateral, setting up and analyzing Brand Lift Studies, and creation and presentation of QBRs/HBRs/ABRs. Jesper is also responsible for some of the highest numbers of success cases/brand lift studies used by global Spotify Ad Sales Teams.

Jesper Van Gelder has a Master of Science in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology from the University of Groningen. Jesper is also certified by Winning By Design in Sales Mastership Level 1 and by Vereniging voor Sport- en Prestatie Nederland in VSPN Basisaantekening Sportpsychologie.
