Esther Guillain

Esther Guillain is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Component Department at Equans since March 2020, overseeing manufacturing and design projects related to HVAC equipment. Prior to this role, Esther worked in various capacities, including as a Studies Engineer at ENGIE Solutions, managing a team focused on HVAC design for navy ships, and as an Assistant Engineer during an apprenticeship at ENGIE Axima Marine. Additional experience includes positions at Starwood Hotels, Energie Partagée, Quatre Vents Group, and the Urban Agency of Nantes, where Esther contributed to energy efficiency projects and communication initiatives. Esther holds an Engineer's degree from Centrale Nantes and has an educational background in mathematics and physics from Lycée Kléber and Lycée Saint Pierre Chanel.
