Hilal Mahcene

Hilal MAHCENE is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in managing physical security systems and leading innovative projects within the fields of smart cities and smart buildings. Currently serving as Technical Manager at EQUANS, since July 2021, Hilal previously held the same role at ENGIE Ineo and was a Key Expert in the ExpAND Program at ENGIE. Hilal has actively contributed to pre-sales and tendering processes, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness while providing high-level architectural designs. Engagement in technology innovation is highlighted through leadership at Engie’s LAB, focusing on advanced maintenance monitoring and industrial IoT initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Integrated Urban Systems from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and a Bachelor in Information System Management from Université d'Évry.
