Olivier Herout

Olivier HEROUT serves as the EVP of Human Resources at EQUANS since April 2021, overseeing a workforce of 90,000 people and managing a turnover of €18.8 billion. Prior to this role, Olivier held various HR positions at ENGIE from July 2005 to March 2021, including Deputy HR Director and interim Group HR Director, contributing to a turnover of €55.8 billion and managing a workforce of 170,000 staff. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Groupe Fabricom from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing 50,000 employees with a turnover of €6 billion. Olivier holds an MBA in Leading Business, People and Innovation from the IAE Graduate School of Management, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH, as well as a Master's in Business Administration from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
