Olivier HEROUT serves as the EVP of Human Resources at EQUANS since April 2021, overseeing a workforce of 90,000 people and managing a turnover of €18.8 billion. Olivier holds an MBA in Leading Business, People and Innovation from the IAE Graduate School of Management, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH, as well as a Master's in Business Administration from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
