Catherine Grover

Catherine Grover serves as a Board Member at DuPage Children's Museum since October 2022 and has held various executive roles at PNC since January 2009, including EVP of Human Resources Executive, overseeing talent strategy and supporting 50,000 employees. Prior to this, Catherine held multiple senior vice president positions at PNC, focusing on customer experience and strategic initiatives, as well as HR business partnership. Catherine's extensive career in human resources began at National City Bank, where strategic direction was provided in various capacities, including SVP of HR Regional Executive for National City Mortgage. Catherine Grover holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a BS in Finance and Math from Grove City College.
