Philippe Perret

Philippe Perret currently serves as CHRO Equans North America, HR Vice President Equans Services, and HR Coordinator Americas MBU at EQUANS since July 2021, overseeing Talent & HR Development worldwide. Prior to this, Philippe held several key positions at ENGIE from September 2012 to June 2021, including Group Skills & Mobility Director, where responsibilities encompassed ENGIE Mobility and ENGIE Schools. Previous experience includes roles at SUEZ from July 2000 to August 2012, such as HR Development Director and Human Resources Director, and positions at Bouygues Construction, SAUR, and Marine Nationale in various HR capacities. Philippe holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Université Bourgogne Europe.
