Rik van Soetendael

Rik Van Soetendael currently holds the position of Group Innovation - Digital Transformation at EQUANS since April 2023, focusing on accelerating digital transformation and preparing for future transitions in various sectors. Previously, Rik was a member of the Equans Digital Business Club for Belux and spent over two decades at EQUANS BeLux in various managerial roles related to design, build, long-term maintenance, and engineering across projects in mobility infrastructure and offshore wind automation. Prior experience includes account management at TI Automotive and project engineering at DCM EMBA Metering & Control. Rik holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Business Policy from EHSAL Management School and an engineering degree in Electromechanics from Hogeschool Antwerpen.
