Xavier Allard

Xavier Allard serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the BU Buildings Services at Equans since July 2020, focusing on leading the zero carbon transition for public and private buildings while overseeing maintenance and extra works. Prior to this role, Xavier held multiple positions at ELECTRABEL - ENGIE GROUP, including Head of Finance for Nuclear Power & Renewable, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis for the Energy Transition, supporting investment decisions, and leading a team of 15 professionals. Previous experience includes leadership roles in business control at GDF SUEZ and Electrabel, along with initial auditing experience at Ernst & Young. Xavier holds a General Management Programme degree from INSEAD and a Maitrise en Gestion Fiscale from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
