Gwen Caris

Gwen Caris currently serves as the Peoplemanager for Young Professionals at Equans Nederland since March 2024. With extensive experience in emergency care, Gwen has held the position of Spoedeisende Hulp Verpleegkundige and Beddencoordinator at Laurentius Ziekenhuis since June 2007, after initially working as a Verpleegkundige BBL at the same institution from September 2001 to June 2005. Additionally, Gwen has been a Freelance Trainer for EDU-line since January 2011, focusing on competency and talent management within corporate training. Education includes advanced training in emergency nursing from MUMC.
