Dennis Pelkman

Dennis Pelkman is a seasoned professional in the refrigeration and engineering sectors with extensive experience since 1997. Currently serving as the Operationeel Directeur at EQUANS Refrigeration NL since July 2018, Dennis has held various significant positions, including Business Unit Manager at the same company and Managing Director at MB Koeltechniek from January 2012 to June 2018. Previous roles include Project Manager at Fri-Jado BV and Geerlofs B.V., as well as Project Engineer at Gea Grenco and Deerns. Dennis holds a Master of Business Administration from The Hague University and has undertaken additional studies in leadership psychology and cold technology.
