Angharad Jones

Angharad Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Angharad is currently with Equans UK & Ireland as a Talent Development and Performance Lead since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Prelude Consulting Limited for a significant period, starting as a Project Manager in August 2009 and eventually being promoted to Director and Consultant in July 2014. At Prelude, they handled a variety of responsibilities including talent and leadership development, organisational restructuring, coaching and development, interview and selection of senior hires, designing online learning and assessment systems, and culture change initiatives. Angharad also conducted leadership assessments and management due diligence for private equity investors. Before joining Prelude, Angharad was part of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme in the HR department from September 2007 to June 2010. Angharad also gained experience at Chelmsford Borough Council as an HR Support Officer from June 2006 to August 2007 and as an Assistant Town Centre Manager from September 2005 to June 2006. Overall, Angharad has developed a strong background in talent development, HR, and consulting across various sectors.

Angharad Jones earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham, from 2002 to 2005. Angharad then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, completing it from 2007 to 2010. In 2013, they obtained the certification of Chartered Member (Chartered MCIPD) from CIPD.
