Chris Caffrey

Chris Caffrey has over 15 years of work experience in various managerial roles in the construction and property maintenance industry. Chris is currently working as the Operations Director at Equans UK & Ireland since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at WATES LIVING SPACE (MAINTENANCE) LIMITED from November 2018 to January 2023. Chris also served as the General Manager at Fortem from November 2016 to November 2018. Before that, they worked at Morgan Sindall Property Services as a Regional Partnership Manager from June 2014 to November 2016 and as a Projects Manager from November 2014 to June 2015. Chris started their career at Mears Group PLC, where they worked as a Partnership/ contract manager from December 2011 to November 2014 and as a Supervisor from January 2008 to December 2011.

Chris Caffrey completed a management training program in 2014 at Mears. In 2012, they underwent management training focused on health and safety. From 1991 to 1996, they attended Sheldon School, where they obtained GCSEs with various grades and NVQs in Mechanical engineering at levels 2 and 3.
