Pam Wright

Pam Wright has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Pam is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Equans UK & Ireland, a position they assumed in December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director for HR Centres of Excellence at Equans UK & Ireland from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Equans, Pam worked at ENGIE UK & Ireland from September 2019 to October 2021 as the Divisional HR Director for Business Energy Services. Pam also held the position of HR Director for Digital Technology Services (DTS) at Centrica from July 2016 to April 2019.

Pam's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as the Regional HR Manager from 1999 to 2001. Pam then moved on to British Gas, where they held various roles including Senior Business Partner from 2001 to 2004. Pam returned to Centrica in 2003 as the Head of Change and later as the Head of HR for Information Systems.

Additionally, Pam has been involved in several important projects throughout their career, such as the implementation of online self-service tools that achieved over 85% usage within 12 months and the development of a new functional model that became best practice across Centrica.
