Phisanu Sermchaiwong

Phisanu Sermchaiwong, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a specialization in the petrochemical sector. Phisanu most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of EQUATE Petrochemical Company since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO of Dow Inc. in the Asia Pacific region from September 2018 to September 2020. Phisanu also held the CFO position at EQUATE Petrochemical Company from September 2014 to August 2018. Before joining EQUATE, Phisanu worked at The Dow Chemical Company as the Global Financial Planning Director in the Treasury Department from September 2009 to August 2014. Phisanu further gained experience as the CFO of SCG-Dow Joint Venture Group of Companies from August 2005 to August 2009. Phisanu started their career at Dow Chemical in the Treasury Department from March 1998 to July 2005. Phisanu began their professional journey at The Stock Exchange of Thailand in the Listing Department from 1993 to 1997. With their significant background in financial management and leadership roles, Phisanu brings valuable expertise to any organization in the sector.

Phisanu Sermchaiwong, CFA completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Kasatsart University in the years 1985-1989. Phisanu later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General from The University of Dallas during 1989-1991. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Finance, General from Louisiana State University from 1991-1993.
