Irina Janys

Irina Janys is a seasoned professional in demand partnerships and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Demand Partnerships at Equativ since July 2024. Prior to this role, Irina held the position of EMEA Sales Manager at Illuma from November 2022 to July 2024 and worked as a Digital Sales Manager at Vidoomy for a brief period in 2022. Irina's extensive experience at Hearst Magazines encompassed various roles focused on client management and account growth, coupled with a background in digital marketing at Go dine. Irina began a career in retail with Next Retail Ltd, where responsibilities included training and sales consulting, and gained journalistic experience through a short work placement at New Magazine. Irina holds a Master’s degree in Documentary Production and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
