Brent R.

Brent R.'s work experience begins in 2006 as a Lecturer at Stow College. In 2007, they transition to a Technical Support Analyst at Lactalis McLelland, where they provide training to new users and assists with network maintenance. In 2009, Brent R. becomes an IT Administrator at Equator, where they provide 1st and 2nd line support, builds relationships with vendors, and works closely with development and project management teams. Brent then moves up to the role of Infrastructure Manager at Equator in 2012, where they design and implements high availability solutions and troubleshoots infrastructure devices. Finally, in 2015, Brent R. becomes the Head of IT, Infrastructure Architecture at Equator, taking on responsibilities such as researching security threats, managing the IT budget, and ensuring unified communication.

Brent R. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Networking and Computer Support from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Stow College from 2004 to 2006, where they completed an HND in Networking and Internetworking Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Brent obtained the following certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate in January 2023, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals in June 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in May 2022, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals in January 2022.
