Gisele Waters

Gisele Waters is currently an advisor at Equideum Health. Gisele has previously worked as a federal grant writer focused on business and commercial planning for companies seeking funds from the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. Gisele also served as the Working Group Chair for the IEEE Standards Association, where they were responsible for the development of a new standard on artificial intelligence procurement.

Gisele Waters earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Psychology and Special Education from Auburn University, a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Economics, Languages, Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Psychology/Special Education from the University of Houston.
