Jackie Garrick is an advisor at Equideum Health. Previously, they worked at Whistleblowers of America and the United States Department of Defense.

At the Department of Defense, Jackie was a special assistant who investigated military leadership Diversity and Inclusion performance. Jackie also reported to Congress on DoD activities supporting the Servicemember Civil Rights Relief Act (SCRA) and advised leadership on worldwide voluntary education and military and family financial readiness challenge improvements. Additionally, Jackie co-led military adaptive sports Warrior Games for 1,000 disabled athletes and their families.

Jackie initiated an Organizational and Professional Development portfolio for 27,000 employees stationed worldwide. Jackie established a research library of 132 studies with over $60 million in expenditures and tracked outcomes; leading an advisory group focused on career and succession management and mentoring; and shaping strategic planning initiatives.

Jackie Garrick has a MSW from Temple University in social work and is currently a Senior Fellow at Harvard University. Jackie also has certification from SHRM in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
