Paula Jovel Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies. Paula started their career as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at Politecnico Grancolombiano - Institución Universitaria from February 2005 to November 2007. Paula then joined IBM in April 2012 as an Incident Manager and CSR EUS, first level, where they were responsible for incident management support for various clients. Paula also undertook the role of a Project Manager, leading internal and RFS projects, from December 2013 to August 2015. Subsequently, they became a Service Delivery Manager at IBM from August 2015 to December 2017. In January 2018, they transitioned to Equifax Iberia as an IT Services Manager and later assumed the role of IT Service Manager Lead in July 2018.
