Bill Johnston

Bill Johnston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and data analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Equifax since March 2016, Bill is responsible for achieving financial objectives through product creation and market strategies across multiple business lines. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager for Business Intelligence and Analytics at Canada Post, where Bill implemented a new analytical model and established a Data Governance Office. Earlier roles at Chase Card Services involved leading shared services and developing data governance frameworks, alongside leadership positions at Citi Cards Canada and other organizations. Bill holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Guelph and a BA in Economics from McMaster University.
