Chad Borton is currently the President of Equifax Workforce Solutions, leading a team focused on utilizing data and technology to enhance business processes. With 25 years of experience in the retail banking and fintech sectors, Chad has previously held roles such as President of SoFi Bank, Bank President at USAA, and CFO at JPMorgan Chase. Chad also served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and has been involved in board positions, including Director at SoFi Bank. A veteran of the 25th Infantry Division of the United States Army, Chad's foundation is shaped by military service, and they hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington. When not at work, Chad enjoys exploring America’s National Parks while living the #VanLife.
