Jie Han is a Senior Director at Equifax, leading a team of analysts to deliver top-tier models and analytical solutions. With extensive experience in statistical modeling and analytics focused on risk management, fraud detection, and customer segmentation, Jie has demonstrated strong people and project management skills. Jie previously held roles at Alliant Cooperative Data Solutions and Discover Financial Services, contributing to predictive modeling and analytics for various industries. Jie earned a Ph.D. in Soil Science and a Master’s in Statistics from the University of Delaware, alongside a B.E. and M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University.
