Margaret Kouri

Margaret Kouri is an accomplished compensation expert with extensive experience in establishing and executing compensation strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Compensation at Equifax since May 2022, Margaret oversees the global compensation function. Previously, Margaret held the position of Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at Secureworks, leading total rewards initiatives for the cyber-security sector.
