Michael Souder

Michael Souder, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Equifax, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Customer Success at Vault Verify from January 2022 to November 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Customer Support team and implementing new clients on the Vault Verify platform. Michael's extensive project management experience includes positions as Lead Project Manager at Trellance Cooperative Holdings, Inc. and Enterprise Project Manager at Billtrust, as well as Senior Project Manager roles at Sonsio Vehicle Protection. Michael holds an MBA in Business from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
